TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please read and understand these Terms & Conditions before making a reservation and an actual payment. The purchase of any travel services offered by i-Travel & Tour Panglao such as tour packages, tours, hotel accommodation, and port transfer constitutes an arrangement between you and the company, and represents your acceptance of the Company’s Terms & Conditions set out herein. BOOKING Each offer has its own validity. Be sure to check the validity of each. Rates are per person and subject to change without prior notice. Hotel rooms, tours, and transfers are always subject to availability. Itineraries are subject to change without prior notice which may be brought about by force majeure, government mandated changes, weather conditions, flight changes, and the like. i-Travel & Tour Panglao is not responsible for any last minute itinerary change by the tour operator for whatever reason they may have. Once you’ve made your booking, you will be given a payment due date. Failure to pay on or before the said due date will result in cancellation of your booking. Make sure to provide the correct passenger details. FORMS OF PAYMENT i-Travel & Tour Panglao accepts cash payment, bank deposit, online bank transfer and payment through GCash. CANCELLATION OF BOOKING Cancellation of booking, refunds and rebooking will not be accepted once the booking is finalized. No refund will be given to any non-utilized part of the travel arrangements. i-Travel & Tour Panglao offers refunds commensurate with the policies of suppliers engaged for personal travel, including tours. i-Travel & Tour Panglao is not liable for any airline cancellation, reschedule, or delay for any reason. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY i-Travel & Tour Panglao acts merely as an agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this travel agency (such as ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, etc.). i-Travel & Tour Panglao shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such suppliers’ rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling or handling of personal effects. i-Travel & Tour Panglao shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with any terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent’s control. Travelers assume complete and full responsibility for, and hereby release the agent from any duty of, checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety or security conditions at such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel.
